Please be advised that the No Waiting/No Loading restrictions have been extended to week commencing 2nd June 2025.
Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily restrict part of the Long Street Road to prevent any stopping, loading or unloading from its junction with Clarence Road to its junction with Market Street, for a total distance of approximately 230 metres.
The reason for the said restriction is to allow for towing during lining works. The said road is expected to be restricted from 7th May 2025 until 20th May 2025 only or until the works have been completed whichever is the earlier.
