Healthwatch Gloucestershire is one of 148 local Healthwatch organisations working with Healthwatch England to ensure that residents’ views about local health services are heard.
Healthwatch Gloucestershire:
- Gathers patient and public views and experiences of health and social care in Gloucestershire and uses them to help improve the way they are delivered locally
- Provides the public with information and signposting to help them make informed choices about their care
- Provides access to the Independent Health Complaints Advocacy Service if people need help to make a complaint about an NHS service they have received.
