Wortley Road will be closed on 8th October 2017 from the junction with Nind Lane, to the junction with Hillmill Lane, a distance of approximately 680 metres. This is to allow British Telecom to complete work under the carriageway.
The closure is expected to take place from 9.30am to 3.30pm or until the work is completed.
An alternative route will be signed at the site and pedestrian access on or next to the road and emergency access will be maintained.
